Gaborowa Pass
Gaborowa Pass – a mountain pass at an elevation of 1940 m a.s.l. in the Western Tatra Mountains on the Polish-Slovak border. It is located in the main ridge of the Tatras. It separates Starorobociański Wierch to the west from Siwy Zwornik to the east. The northern, rocky slopes descend steeply into the Starorobociańska Valley, while the southern slopes descend into the Gaborowa Valley in Slovakia.
The pass is covered with grassland. It offers a wide view of the Western Tatra Mountains, the High Tatra Mountains, the Low Tatra Mountains, the Żywiec-Orawa Beskid Mountains, and the Gorce Mountains. The Starorobociańska Valley is clearly visible along its entire length.
The red hiking trail Pyszniańska Przełęcz – Wołowiec runs through the pass.
