Kondratowa Valley – a valley in the Western Tatra Mountains, a western branch of the Bystra Valley.

It separates from the Goryczkowa Valley to the south-west of the Bystra Wywierzysko. The north-western slopes belong to Kalacka Kopa and Giewont, the western slopes form the ridge of Kopa Kondracka, the southern slopes form the main ridge of the Western Tatras on the section from Kopa Kondracka through Suchy Wierch Kondracki and Suche Czuby to Goryczkowa Czuba, from the east the slopes form Kondratowy Wierch. The largest branch of the valley is the Sucha Kondracka Valley. At the upper end, the Kondratowa Valley branches into two branches: the Małego Szeroki Valley approaching the Kondracka Pass and Długi Żleb approaching the area of the Pass under Kopa Kondracka. In the Małe Szerokie Valley, there is also a small Piekło basin.

The valley is mostly made of limestone. The karst phenomena developed in them cause the valley to be dry. Water flows through underground outflows and emerges suddenly in the form of Wywierzyska Bystra. The short Kondratowy Potok is filled with water only after heavy rainfall. The valley floor is relatively flat, formed by a glacial moraine.

In the central part of the valley is the Kondratowa Glade, where a PTTK shelter was built on Hala Kondratowa.
