Tag - Mała Racza

Mała Racza Mountain – a peak with a height of 1153 m a.s.l. in the Żywiec-Kysuce Beskid Mountains, located in the Wielka Racza Range on the Polish-Slovak border. From the north it borders Wielka Racza, from the south through Orło Pass it borders the Orło peak. In the south-east direction, towards the Slovak side, a side ridge branches from Mała Racza with the peak of Skałka (942 m), separating two valleys of the source streams of the Klubinský potok. The eastern slopes descend to the Rycerski Potok valley.

The peak of Mała Racza and the western-southern slopes are covered with a lower montane mixed forest, beech and fir with an admixture of spruce. On the north-eastern slope of the mountain there is Hala na Mała Racza, which offers a wide view of the Silesian Beskids, the Mały Beskids, the Żywiec-Kysucki Beskids, the Żywiec-Orawa Beskids, the Pewel-Krzeczów Ranges, the Tatra Mountains, Orava Magura, the Choč Mountains and the Little Fatra.
