Šerák Mountain – a peak at an elevation of 1351 m a.s.l. in the High Ash Mountains, in the Eastern Sudetes. It is located in the Keprník Massif, on the main ridge running from Červenohorské sedlo to Ramzovská sedlo. To the south, through Sedlo pod Keprníkem, it borders Keprník Peak, to the east it borders Šumný Peak, the northern slopes descending to Ramzovský Potok are cut by the Medvědí Kluzy gorge, and to the west it borders Černava Peak. Approximately 640 m southwest of the main summit, a secondary peak, designated Šerák–JZ, can be distinguished, reaching an elevation of 1288 m a.s.l.

Geologically, the Šerák massif belongs to a unit known as the Keprník Dome and is composed of metamorphic rocks, primarily gneisses (biotites), orthogneisses, erlans, mylonites, blastomylonites, migmatites, mica schists, and igneous rocks, primarily metagranites. The geological structure also includes some admixtures of precious minerals such as staurolite, andalusite, garnet, and sillimanite.

On a ridge extending northwest from the summit, at an elevation of 1088 m a.s.l., lies the Obří Skály rock group. The rock formation has approximate horizontal dimensions of approximately 470 x 50 m and a height of 10–16 m. Numerous, individual, larger rock formations occur on the northern and eastern slopes, while significant rock groups occur on the southern, northwestern, and northern slopes, and significant areas are covered with rock debris on the southern and eastern slopes.

The summit is covered with dwarf pine and a fragment of upper montane spruce forest. Exposed areas are covered with alpine grass. Below the summit, on the northern side, there is a viewpoint offering a vast panorama of the Rychlebské Mountains (Golden Mountains) and the Śnieżnik Massif, with the Karkonosze Mountains visible in the distance. Below the summit, an upper montane spruce forest grows up to an altitude of approximately 1200 m a.s.l., and below that, a lower montane mixed forest grows.

The summit area and parts of all the slopes are located within the Šerák-Keprník National Nature Reserve (Národní přírodní rezervace Šerák-Keprník), which is part of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area (CHKO), established to protect rock, earth, and plant formations, as well as rare animal species.

There are no hiking trails leading to the summit. The yellow Švýcárna – Šerák hiking trail traverses it from the north. A cable car from Ramzová is located from the west. It is located on the northeastern slope, approximately 170 meters northeast of the summit, at an elevation of 1323 m a.s.l. there is a mountain hut – Jiřího chalet built in 1888.
