Tag - Sychlec Mountain
Sychlec Mountain – a peak at 1151 m a.s.l. in the Żywiec-Orawa Beskid Mountains. It is located in the western part of the Polica Range. To the north, it borders the Głowniak peak. To the southwest, the main ridge of the Polica Range descends to the Krowiarki Pass. The eastern slopes descend to the Czarny Potok Stream, and the western slopes to the Jaworzynka Stream.
The peak is covered with an upper montane spruce forest, its western slopes located within the Babia Góra National Park.
On the path between the pass separating Głowniak and Sychlec, remnants of World War II trenches are still visible.
The Main Beskid Trail, marked in red, passes through the peak.
