Tag - Mount Bystra

Mount Bystra – a peak at an altitude of 668 m a.s.l. in the Wyspowy Beskid. It is the southernmost peak of the Zbludzkie Wierchy Range. It is located at the end of a ridge descending into the forks of the Kamienica River and its tributary – the Zbludza stream. The western slopes descend steeply to the Kamienica River and the eastern slopes descend gently to the Zbludza stream valley. From the north-east, through a shallow pass, Bystra borders the Kamienne peak.

The peak and slopes are covered with a mixed forest characteristic of the foothills. From the eastern side, buildings and fields rise quite high, revealing views of the neighboring peaks of the Wyspowy Beskid and in the distance the Radziejowa Range in the Sącz Beskid Mountains.

On the northern side of the peak, there are several-meter-high rock outcrops. There are no tourist trails leading through Mount Bystra.
