Region: Poprad Foothills

Poprad Foothills – a physical and geographic mesoregion located in Poland and Slovakia, covering the Ľubovňa Range and the Leluchów Range. It borders with the Sącz Beskid Mountains, the Low Beskids, the Ondawskie Foothills, the Czerchowskie Mountains, the Pieniny Mountains and the Międzygórze Spisko-Szaryskie. There are two isolated parts within the borders of Poland, which are part of the Poprad Landscape Park. In the regionalization of Slovakia, the foothills are defined as a mesoregion called Ľubovnianska vrchovina.
