Scenic hike in the Little Fatra Mountains. From the Kúr Valley we ascend Malý Kriváň. The blue trail leads along the valley floor along the picturesque Kúr Stream. When the valley branches in the upper part, we enter the Kukurišova Valley and then along the slopes of the Príslopok Mountain we pass successively through a beautiful lower montane forest, several glades and a fragment of the upper montane forest. Then we head south along a ridge leading to the Priehyb Pass. After entering the dwarf pine zone, extensive views of the nearby peaks are revealed. From the Priehyb Pass we head east and along the main ridge of the Little Fatra Mountains we ascend Malý Kriváň. From the peak there is a wonderful panorama of the Little Fatra Mountains, the Żywiec-Orawa Beskid Mountains, the Żywiec-Kysucke Beskid Mountains, the Javornik Mountains, the Great Fatra Mountains, the Choč Mountains, the Low Tatras and the Western Tatras.
